I was skeptical about shelf-stable milk, but this one has been perfect in my iced lattes every morning. No weird chalky finish, and it pours straight from the carton without needing to shake a bunch — which honestly sold me.
Finally, a plant milk that actually steams and foams like the real thing without that weird beany flavor. I’ve been making flat whites at home all week and the texture holds up even in a hot latte, no splitting or watery finish.
I’ve tried so many plant milks that split in my coffee, but this one steamed perfectly for a flat white with zero separation and no weird aftertaste. The shelf-stable pack means I can keep a few in the pantry for mornings I forget to shop.
